Almost 20 Years of Advocacy

I have been an attorney for almost twenty (20) years. My practice location is United States Immigration Law and Human Rights law.

Throughout my nearly twenty years of practice, I have presented and argued numerous cases throughout the United States before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), United States Immigration Courts and Board of Immigration Appeals, and the 11th Circuit Court of Federal Appeals.

Throughout these nearly twenty years, I have represented people from across the globe. I feel a lawyer and the customer must be able to communicate effectively and can establish an expert working relationship. A lawyer can only be as interested in your case as you are.

During the last several years, I have had the advantage of reuniting couples, parents, and children. I have had the privilege of helping entrepreneurs transfer or start up successful businesses that employ United States employees and add to the vigor and strength of our economy.

Those of you who have an interest in starting up a business, I invite you to see my YouTube video on E2 investment visas.

Those of you who are handling deportation problems should watch my videos on deportation concerns.

Andy Gene Strickland has Respect for the U.S Constitution and America’s Historical Foundation.

As a lawyer, I deeply regard America’s Founding Fathers and institutions. The United States has the earliest written Constitution worldwide.

The Constitution was deeply affected by natural law and soaked in English common law and custom before the Magna Carte.

Many individuals coming to the United States are leaving nations that suffer damaged institutions and corruption, where rulers rule with impunity, where laws are selectively imposed, and where individuals are not able to easily take part in conversations about their future without fear of reprisal.

As an attorney, I believe it is my responsibility to guarantee that such a scenario does not occur here. After all, how can I promote those who have been persecuted abroad while not protecting the rule of law here at home?

Why did Andy Strickland Become an Attorney?

I became an attorney since it allows me to attempt to consider solutions for some of the most pressing issues you will ever experience.

Having the capability and freedom to remove me from “group think” and promote legal concerns is satisfying and gratifying. I delight in being a supporter.

Liberty, when it begins to take root, is a plant of rapid growth. The checks he endeavors to give it, however warrantable by ancient usage, will, more than probably, kindle a flame which may not easily be extinguished; tho' for a while it may be smothered by the Armies at his command, & the Nobility in his interest. -George Washington
